Conferences

We bring our 20 years' experience from our closed workshops to the public through a year-round programme of public Conferences. We tackle the most trending topics of our industry and discuss the challenges, developments and innovations taking place in the international non-fiction market. Sessions range from networking events, to panel discussions, pitches, masterclasses, and high-quality case studies, carefully crafted by renowned programme curators from the industry.

Our Conferences take place in various European cities and often we team-up with international festivals and markets such as CPH:DOX or Dok.fest Munich, Mipdoc, Sunny Side of the Doc, Sarajevo International Film Festival, and Sheffield Doc/Fest to create lively platforms for knowledge and exchange. With our extensive network of international industry players, the Conferences connect participants with professionals both in the factual world, and also in related fields such as science, fiction and interactive experiences.

The know-how imparted in our Conferences can be applied to your projects, and also brought home to your production companies to give you a stronger hold on the international documentary industry. Immeasurable connections are made through our Conferences, allowing for possible coproductions, funding and talent scouting across the globe. Highlights include the Leipzig Networking Days (Germany) launching the projects that graduate from our Training Programme on the international market, CPH:CONFERENCE (Denmark) presenting a 5-day conference on increasing diversity in the industry, Master's Pitch (Germany) connecting projects with strong international potential to funders and commissioners, and Cinelink Industry Talks (Bosnia and Herzegovina) highlighting and challenging the needs of our industry.
