Previously first Commissioning Editor of originals (& Executive Producer) at Little Dot Studios (London, LA, Berlin) for Real Stories documentary channel. Long-time Commissioning Editor at Channel 4 (London) and also commissioned for Red Bull Media House (London, Salzburg), focusing on fresh, diverse talent.

Has won 90 international awards for his productions, including six BAFTAs, an Emmy, two Royal Television Society Innovation Awards and the Grand Award at the New York International Film & Television Festival. Voting member of the European Film Academy. Honorary Fellow of NUA (Norwich University of the Arts).
