Set in the fascinating world of a Booming Europe in the 00’s, German Film producer and financial investor Mr V bases himself in London where banks are out of control with a deregulated liberal banking system pre-2008 financial crash. This system encourages unregulated economic growth that delights and benefits Mr V's elite European investment clients.
Educated at an elite Swiss school and from an eminent German family, Mr V is a poster boy for the success and decadence of this era with his wealth and celebrity connections.
