JOHN O'ROURKE is a Grierson-nominated (Lemn Sissay: The Memory of Me, 2021) documentary director, whose recent films include definitive takes on the lives and careers of figures as varied as Peter Sellers (A State of Comic Ecstasy, 2020), Olafur Eliasson (Miracles of Rare Device, 2019) and Tracey Emin (Where Do You Draw The Line?, 2018).

His latest documentaries have been the final episode of BBC Two’s series on Pablo Picasso, The Beauty and the Beast and a short feature on Antony Gormley, Body Politic, both 2023.
