Chris Poulles

After several internships at film sets and studying “Digital Film and Animation” at the SAE Institute in Cologne, Chris Poulles graduated as “Director of Photography” at the International Film School in Cologne. During this time he shot a total of six fictional short films and two documentaries, both abroad. Chris was involved in the content development of almost all projects. His films have been shown at international festivals and on television. For example, “Globalizing Beauty” won the documentary film competition at the Mallorca Evolution Film Festival 2018 and was screened at the Visions du Réel Festival in Switzerland. After a successful conclusion in 2016, Chris acted as DP for three further documentaries and has since worked as a freelance filmmaker in various fields (commercials, documentaries and fiction). Now with “All inclusive”, Chris is going for his directorial debut. Since October 2021 he continues his training at the film academy in Vienna (MA Cinematography) under the supervision of Wolfgang Thaler, Michael Haneke and Jessica Hausner.
