Evelien de Graef
Evelien de Graef started working as a producer and impact producer in 2019, after earning a degree in Linguistics and Literature from the University of Antwerp and later graduating in documentary directing from RITCS Brussels.
From 2019 to 2024, she worked at Belgian company Clin d'oeil films. Among the projects she produced are the VR film DRAW FOR CHANGE: EXISTIMOS, RESISTIMOS (2023, world premiere DOK Leipzig; Santa Lucía Award for Best VR Competition Short Film at Bogoshorts), KAMAY (2024, Interreligious Award Visions du Réel; DOK.horizonte Award DOK.fest München; Elevate Award DOXA; Grand Prix Festival International Autrans, among others), and MARCHING IN THE DARK (2024, world premiere CPH:DOX - Special Mention HUMAN:RIGHTS AWARD; Young Critics & Audience Award Biografilm; Documentary Selection EFA 2024; longlisted for the Oscars 2025, among others). She participated in IDFAcademy 2020 and is an alumna of EURODOC21.
In 2025, she joined Cassette for Timescapes, working a.o. on the documentary series WHAT ABOUT MEN? and the feature doc LUNAR LANDSCAPES by Vanessa Del Campo.
