Introducing DCampus
After 25 inspiring years of Masterschool, Documentary Campus is entering a new chapter – one that builds on a remarkable legacy while setting a clear direction for the future of documentary and factual storytelling.
As part of this evolution, Masterschool’s flagship training programme will now be known as DCampus Workshops. While the name reflects a renewed identity, the core of the programme remains unchanged. DCampus Workshops continue to offer world-class training, personalised mentorship, and access to a supportive international community, alongside a proven pathway for developing exceptional documentary and factual projects.
The programme will maintain its strong focus on both broadcast-driven projects and digital-first productions, championing innovative storytelling and high-quality marketplace development. Adam Gee will continue in his role as Head of DCampus Workshops, ensuring continuity in leadership, vision, and creative ambition. This transition marks a refinement rather than a reinvention, retaining everything that made Masterschool so valued, while aligning the programme more closely with current industry developments and the evolving international marketplace.
Alongside DCampus Workshops, DCampus will expand its industry presence through a new series of international events designed to bring professionals together at key moments in the calendar. These gatherings will combine workshops, pitching sessions, and curated networking opportunities, connecting participants with leading figures from the documentary and digital content landscape and supporting the next phase of factual storytelling.
