DCM Screening 2009
Presentation of Produced Masterschool Films
The Screening is organised in collaboration with the 52nd International Leipzig Festival for Documentary and Animated Film and supported by the Sächsische Stiftung für Medienausbildung.
This year, Documentary Campus proudly present three recently finished Masterschool films which were developed in the years 2006 and 2007.
One of them, Birth of a Surgeon, by filmmakers Karin C. Falck and Loui Bernal was among the nominees for the 30th Annual News and Documentary Emmy Awards where the film competed in the category of Outstanding Coverage of a News Story – Long Form.
After each screening the filmmaker will be present to answer questions and give an insight into the production process of an international coproduction.
