First Prize for Mosquito Problem at Documenta Madrid
One year after its Cannes premiere, The Mosquito Problem & Other Stories by director Andrey Paounov and producer Martichka Bozhilova (DCM 2004) continues to charm festival juries and film audiences worldwide. At Documenta Madrid, the film about a small Bulgarian town and its hopeful citizens just received the First Prize of the Jury in the Original Documentary Section (full-length films). The filmmaking team were awarded 10.000 Euro and a trophy. Congratulations!
