Arunas Matelis wins Silver Wolf Award 2005
Masterschool graduate Arunas Matelis (DCM 2001) ran in this year’s Silver Wolf Competition at IDFA, where twenty short documentaries (between 30 and 60 minutes) from 19 countries competed for the Silver Wolf Award. The jury of the Silver Wolf, including Bert Janssens (The Netherlands), Andrey Paounov (Bulgaria), Vera Vlajic (Serbia), Emmanuel Burdeau (France) and Marie Natanson (Canada), awarded the prize for best short documentary to Matelis’ film Before Flying Back to the Earth.
