The documentary film Mount St. Helens - Der Vulkan lebt by Jörg Daniel Hissen and Heinz Leger premieres on the German-French TV channel ARTE on 4 June 2010 at 9:35pm. The project was developed at the Documentary Campus Masterschool 2006 (working title: Life from Zero).
About the film:
The eruption of Mount St. Helens in 1980 was one of the biggest natural disasters in modern times. The nature documentary follows ecologists that are researching the return of life in this environment for more than 30 years.
