"Documentary Campus” refers to the service provided on the Website by Documentary Campus e.V. “Users” refers to all users of the website “Members” refers to users who have registered for the services of Documentary e.V. and therefore may use all services offered by Documentary e.V. without restrictions. Clause 2 only apply to the services provided to Members.

In these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection we would like to inform you about how Documentary Campus treats your personal data.


Documentary Campus respects your privacy. Any information collected on the Website will solely be used to provide you the Documentary Campus services you are using respectively for which you have registered respectively, if you have not registered, for which service you provided them. The Personal Data as well as Voluntary Data provided by the Member will be visible to all Users of the Website.


For the registration process, Documentary e.V. needs to collect the following data (mandatory fields):

• First Name
• Company
• E-Mail
• Password
• Country

Your password and/or your user name are never visible to any user at any time. Documentary e.V. shall never disclose or pass your password and/or your user name on to any third party.


Each Member may provide additional information/material about his film projects on a voluntary basis ("Voluntary Data"). The Voluntary Data is accessible to all other Users.


Documentary Campus e.V. uses Cookies - small files, which are generated automatically by the web server and which will be stored on User’s computer. Cookies are used in order to identify the User during the course of his session and enable the User a convenient use of the services . Cookies will be analysed only for the purpose of technically enhancing the site’s usability and providing for convenient functions and features for the User.


Each time you access the Website, Documentary Campus e.V. will save the following data in a log file:

• Your IP address (by which your computer can be clearly identified),
• The name and IP address of the computer requesting the respective page from the Documentary Campus e.V. Websites,
• The time, status, and amount of the transferred data as well as the Internet website from which you have reached the requested page of the Documentary Campus e.V. Website,

This log file will be stored by Documentary Campus e.V. the standardised "combined" log file format for Apache Web server.
