Whistleblowers

Whistleblowers is an interview-based documentary that explores the consequences for those who dare to speak out and make a stand. The film tells stories from different countries and professions and features in-depth interviews with Alexandr Nikitin, Annie Machon, Rudolf Elmer, Brigitte Heinisch and Guido Strack.

The film focuses on the personal experience instead of the problems brought to light and asks: Why did they do it? What did they risk? Was it worth it? Would they do it all again?

It is a film about individual courage, which explores a new angle on the way power works in today's world.
