CONVERSING AND IMMERSING

By Nature human beings are explorers and by nature human beings are dreamers. That doesn’t mean it’s everyone’s dream to climb Mount Everest. If you make it to 100 percent safe for me – I’ll entertain the idea. Just don’t ask me to do it for real. It’s no surprise the world of VR continues to move forward at breakneck speed, we are just a curious species – and when you combine that with technological genius, the world really can be your oyster.

PANEL DISCUSSION: WILL VR GO THE SAME WAY AS 3D?
論壇:VR的前世今生與未來

When filming in 3D came out we were made to feel like 2D was a thing of the past. When VR came out, we were told as film makers ‘ignore this at your own peril’. But things cooled down. In this panel discussion, we ask ourselves how much is technology influencing the world of storytelling and challenging the way we direct in the field and in the edit?
